With a decade of personal training experience under his belt, Luke has honed his expertise in powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, strongman training, and injury rehabilitation. 
 
His passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals is evident in his specialised personal training programs, where he combines his in-depth knowledge of these disciplines to empower his clients to reach new heights of strength and wellness. Lewi Morris - Assistant Manager

He holds the role of assistant manager and is a fully qualified personal trainer at NLG. Specialising in various areas including strength training, overall fitness, and sport-specific training, he brings a wealth of expertise.

 

 

Lewi boasts a sporting background that spans football, boxing, and competitive strongman events, achieving multiple personal and client victories. He takes great pride in his work, exuding confidence in his ability to guide others towards their goals, helping them become the best version of themselves.

a seasoned personal trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. Tom’s fitness journey has seen him compete on a global scale, showcasing his skills as a dedicated athlete.

 

he holds the title of an endorsed athlete with renowned brands such as Xplosive Ape and Cerberus. Specialising in strongman personal training, Tom excels in guiding individuals through the unique challenges and triumphs of this demanding discipline.

Daisy Swansbury

Daisy holds a BSc Degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, making her a qualified sports therapist and personal trainer at New Level Gym. Her areas of expertise encompass injury rehabilitation, sports massage, and comprehensive strength training.
 
Daisy harmoniously combines sports therapy and personal training, finding great satisfaction in offering her clients the best possible experience. This allows her to assist individuals in overcoming aches and pains while witnessing their physical strength surpass previous levels.
 
With a genuine passion for aiding people in achieving their chosen goals, whether they pertain to specific injuries or embarking on a new fitness journey, Daisy thrives on tailoring plans to suit each individual’s unique needs.

Danny Hunter

Meet Danny, 
 
a versatile athlete and wellness enthusiast who has dedicated the past 6 years to offering a diverse range of services to enhance your well-being.
 
With a background in MMA, strongman, climbing, and triathlons, Danny brings a wealth of experience to the table. He specialises in sports massages, spinal manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, dry needling/acupuncture, vitamin injections (IM), and assistance with blood tests.
 
Danny is also your go-to expert for fat loss injections and PRP injections. Trust him to guide you on your wellness journey towards a healthier, happier life.

Steven Bard

Meet Steven,
 
Steven is a fully qualified personal trainer with a specialisation in various training styles, including powerlifting, bodybuilding, and overall fitness. 
His journey into the fitness world began in his early teens, and he’s never looked back since. Starting with high-intensity bodybuilding training and transitioning to powerlifting, Steven has consistently competed at a high level.
 
Regardless of whether you’re a complete beginner or well-versed in your fitness journey, Steven is eager to assist you on your path. He’s capable of crafting fully customised training programs, offering comprehensive online support, and conducting one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific training requirements.

Paul Hands

Say Hi to Paul,
 
Paul embarked on his fitness journey approximately two decades ago, initially hitting the gym to improve his physical condition. This path eventually led him to the world of rugby, and from there, he uncovered his passion for functional fitness, commonly referred to as Crossfit.
 
With a decade of coaching experience under his belt, Paul boasts recognized qualifications in Crossfit, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting.
 
He’s not just a coach; Paul has also showcased his skills on the international stage by participating in Crossfit competitions, powerlifting meets, and strongman contests.
 
Currently, he takes the lead in running the Thursday evening Olympic weightlifting class at the gym, and he welcomes you to drop by and introduce yourself without hesitation!

Sarah Givens

Meet Sarah,
 
Sarah is a fully qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher. Her expertise lies in strength training, enhancing mobility, and fostering positive transformations. She’s not one to subject you to calorie counting or a diet of chicken and broccoli!
 
With experience in strongman training, powerlifting, and long-distance running (including marathons and ultras), Sarah brings a diverse athletic background to her training approach.
