All of our group workouts are a circuit style class incorporating both cardio and resistance training.
Monday – 6am, 9:30am and 6pm
Wednesday – 6am, 9:30am and 6pm
Thursday – 6am – Boxing Blitz
Friday – 6am, 9:30am and 6pm
Saturday – 9am
Other Classes
Thursday – 6pm (Olympic Weightlifting)
Friday – 7pm (Yoga)
